Since the beginning of 2021, we’ve intentionally added new roles and talent to our team. They advance our creative offering, elevate our collective brainpower and help position us for future growth.




Sean Kiener, Creative Director

Sean brings 30 years of global creative experience to Adept. He joins us from Saatchi & Saatchi and McCann Worldgroup where he led award-winning creative for brands such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cheerios, Go-Gurt, Old Spice and Beck’s Beer. With a focus on strategic thinking and brand building, Sean elevates our client work, combining creative and digital to drive performance. Get to know Sean in his Q&A


Matt McPeek, VP of Finance

Matt McPeek joins us after holding leadership positions in finance at Cardinal Health, TechR2 and FirstMerit Bank. He is a customer-focused leader skilled in financial forecasting and modeling, business case development and mergers and acquisitions. Matt oversees all aspects of finance at Adept, including expansion efforts for our fast-growing agency. 


Sara Williams, Director of Talent Management

As our director of talent management, Sara Williams leads all talent-focused efforts to elevate Adept’s team culture and career advancement opportunities. She comes to Adept after holding leadership positions in human resources at Axcess Financial, DSW, NetJets and others. Sara is recognized as a strong business partner and relationship builder.

Lindsay Peck, Conversion Optimization Manager

Lindsay joins Adept after spending eight years leading digital marketing, strategy and brand initiatives at American Greetings. She is a data-driven marketer focused on achieving results through ongoing optimization and personalization. Leading Adept’s conversion optimization efforts, Lindsay helps position client websites to best meet customer needs. 


Michael Rhodes, Digital Experience Designer

Michael joins Adept as digital experience designer, bringing his flair for collaboration and problem solving to digital marketing. Trained in user experience, Michael has years of experience and insight from management roles and digital design work. At Adept, Michael translates strategy into world-class user experiences to help clients engage audiences.


Bethany Driskill, Paid Media Analyst in Acquisition & Conversion

Bethany is a member of our Acquisition team, offering her results-driven, customer-focused approach to paid search. Bethany has experience in environmental compliance at Marathon Petroleum and recruitment process outsourcing at TheRight Thing, where she supported clients such as Eli Lilly and Boehringer. In her role as paid media analyst, Bethany uses her unique perspective and focus on details, relationships and results to help clients grow.


Jeremy Greenwald, Sr. Paid Media Strategist

As senior paid media strategist, Jeremy develops holistic paid media strategies for Adept clients. He brings seven years of performance marketing and adtech experience to Adept, with expertise in connected TV, OTT and other emerging marketing channels. He joins us from Bounteous and Jellyfish, where he worked closely with brands including Domino's Pizza Canada, The Pittsburgh Steelers and Laureate Education. He is a Google Ads and programmatic media trainer and enjoys providing thought leadership through blogging.

John Samuelson, Paid Media Analyst

John has an extensive background in the automotive marketing industry at Naked Lime Marketing and Reynolds and Reynolds, where he worked on everything from web design to social media advertising to account management. At Adept, John applies his versatile and well-rounded experience to his role as paid media strategist, using his passion for creativity and strategic thinking to deliver innovative client solutions.
